Collection: Robin Hood Costumes

Our collection of Robin Hood costumes are pretty legendary, and available for both adults and kids. Robin Hood is a heroic character in English folklore, that dates back to the 13th/14th century, but more recently the story has been depicted in literature and film. An able swordsman and archer, Robin Hood is said to have robbed from the rich and given to the poor, all of which supposedly took place in Sherwood Forest, Nottingham. A Robin Hood costume is instantly recognisable thanks to it's Lincoln Green colour, and usually always features a bow and arrow and a shield. This topic is very popular for any historic costume party, in particular for medieval themed fancy dress due to ability to "go as a group". For the women and girls we have of course beautiful Maid Marian costumes, the love interest of Robin Hood.
