Refund Policy
Business-to-business (B2B) purchases are not eligible for returns at any time.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase is delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods such wigs, hats, masks and lingerie cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require an order reference number to be included.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where refunds will not be granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Incorrect or Damaged Goods
We must be notified by email within 7 days of receipt of goods if they are incorrect or have been damaged in transit with a photo to help with identifying the issue.
Change of Mind and Incorrect Sizes
All items will incur a 20% restocking fee or minimum $5 per item.
If you change your mind on a purchase, or you have purchased an incorrect size of a product please return goods unopened in their original packaging with a copy of your order number. We must be notified by email within 7 days of receipt of goods. An online store credit will be issued after we receive, inspect and process your return. You will need to arrange your own freight of the item back to our returns address listed below. We recommend you maintain a copy of your return tracking details.
Exchanges
Unfortunately for administrative reasons we are unable to offer any exchanges. As per our returns policy above, after we receive and inspect any returned items we will issue an online store credit. An online store credit can be used to purchase anything on our online store.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
While we take all reasonable steps to ensure a fast and reliable service, we do also accept liability for any supplementary costs incurred by customers caused by damaged or faulty goods or delayed, lost or misrouted orders.
