A War of Whispers is a competitive board game for 2 to 4 players. Five mighty empires are at war for the world, but you are no mighty ruler. Instead, you play a secret society that is betting on the results of this war while pulling strings to rig the results and ensure their bets pay off. A War of Whispers is a game of deep strategy, hidden agendas, and shifting loyalties.

Manipulate a war between five mighty empires in A War of Whispers Collectors Edition. Rather than commanding one nation, each player leads a hidden society whose agents influence every side of the conflict while secretly betting on which empires will rise and which will fall.

Agents are placed on empire councils to direct movement, attacks and recruitment across the shared map. Loyalty values remain hidden from opponents and may be exchanged during the game, allowing an apparent supporter to abandon a failing empire or reveal that their earlier help served a completely different agenda.

Success depends on reading rival intentions and shaping the final map to match your private loyalties. The Collectors Edition presents the second edition game with sculpted banners, agents, cities, farms and an hourglass miniature alongside an enhanced board and metal first player token.
