Sword and Sorcery Northwind Tales Board Game Expansion

Continue the Ancient Chronicles saga in the frozen North with the Sword and Sorcery Northwind Tales Board Game Expansion. The heroes face the Viking conqueror Wotan, search for the cosmic tree Yggdrasil and confront Nidhoggr, a terrifying undead dragon, across a complete second act campaign.

Nine interconnected quests introduce a free roaming structure with a Journey phase containing more than one hundred entries. Choices open different encounters and narrative paths, while combo mechanics, secrets and changing challenges encourage the group to explore the campaign more than once.

New enemies, modular tiles, treasures, powers and soul weapons expand the tactical battles of Ancient Chronicles. Twin Weapons become stronger when paired, Omens may bless or curse the heroes, and additional activities such as climbing and fishing bring new challenges beyond combat.

This is not a standalone game. Sword and Sorcery Ancient Chronicles is required to play.
