Water is a shared resource that flows naturally from the mountains through every structure in its path. Careful placement can strengthen your own network, redirect power away from a rival or turn an apparently useful reservoir into the foundation of a much larger production chain.

Construction requires engineers and specialised machinery, but equipment committed to the rotating construction wheel remains unavailable until the wheel advances. Five demanding rounds combine worker placement, network building and resource timing into an interactive economic strategy game where every project changes the opportunities downstream.
