Begin a mythic journey through the island city-states of Iblydos in The Acropolis Pyre. Funeral games in the port of Bailax are interrupted by a falling meteor, and the discovery at its impact site transforms the heroes while pushing the city toward violent revelry.
The adventure is written for four first-level characters and begins the three-part Myth-Speaker Adventure Path. Player characters become new regional hero-gods and face the question of whether awakened mythic power will restore the local tradition or destroy it.
The ninety-six-page full-colour softcover also details the hero-gods of Iblydos and provides a gazetteer of Bailax. New gear, spells, feats and creatures from the mythic isles give gamemasters material for expanding the campaign.
This adventure requires the Pathfinder Second Edition rules. Core rulebooks, dice and the later Myth-Speaker volumes are not included.
