Heroscape Krakenling and Gelryie Vanguards Board Game Expansion

Call an aquatic assault from the seas of Valhalla with the Krakenling and Gelryie Vanguards army expansion for Heroscape. The set combines a four-figure common Gelryie squad with the monstrous Krakenling common hero, adding mobile water-themed forces that can be fielded repeatedly when army points permit.

The Gelryie Vanguards use Tidal Advance to reposition aquatic allies before the action develops, and their abilities help them remain difficult to break in water or while fighting uphill. The Krakenling moves in a less conventional way, teleporting across the battlefield, exchanging places with enemy figures and striking several targets with its flailing tentacles.

Because both cards represent common units, players may combine multiple copies of the expansion to explore larger formations and specialised army builds. The five detailed miniatures arrive fully assembled but unpainted, ready to use immediately or customise with a personal colour scheme. The included army cards contain all unit-specific rules needed to add them to an existing force.

This is an expansion and not a standalone game. A Heroscape Battle Box or Master Set is required to play.
