Boss Monster: Rise of the Minibosses is a standalone Boss Monster set that adds new tactical options to the retro video game inspired dungeon building card game.

Players become villainous bosses, build side scrolling dungeons room by room, and try to lure heroes to their doom before those heroes reach the end. This set introduces Coins, which can be earned through new Rooms and Spells, then spent to power up effects or promote Minibosses.

Minibosses permanently enhance Rooms and give your Boss new abilities, making this version especially focused on building a deadlier dungeon engine over time. It can be played on its own or combined with previous Boss Monster base sets and expansions.
