The 19th Century has arrived and America is expanding west. Wagon trains filled with settlers seeking new lives and opportunities strike out to tame the wild land of the west.

Head west across nineteenth century America in CATAN Histories Settlers of America Trails to Rails. Players collect and trade resources to move settlers, establish cities and build railway networks across a map of the United States.

As new cities appear farther west, older resource locations gradually become less productive. Players must follow the movement of the population, extend their rails into developing regions and use locomotives to connect cities with the goods they need.

Victory is achieved by delivering all of your goods to rival cities. This creates a strategic challenge that combines familiar CATAN resource trading with railway construction, migration and competition for valuable transport routes.

This is a complete standalone game and does not require the CATAN base game.
