Dagger in the Heart expands Heart The City Beneath with a full-length Heart campaign about delvers seeking destiny in the deepest recesses of the Heart.

This is a roleplaying supplement and not a standalone game. A copy of Heart The City Beneath is required to use it fully, and the material is aimed at groups that want to extend Heart beyond the core book.
