Fake News Creative Party Game

Invent absurd headlines and persuade the table to reward them in Fake News, a creative party game about turning unexpected prompts into attention-grabbing stories. Character, word and pictogram cards supply the raw material for reports that can be hilarious, scandalous or completely implausible.

Two game modes let the group choose between building a story from elements shown on a large News card or creating a freer report from the available prompts. Players present their work to the group and compete for Like tokens, rewarding imagination as well as the confidence to sell an outrageous idea.

With 160 prompt cards, 20 large News cards and 32 Like tokens, the game supplies many combinations for repeat sessions. It supports two to eight players ages 16 and over and plays in approximately 15 minutes, making it a compact choice for adult party groups.
