Final Girl: Panic at Station 2891 is a Feature Film Box expansion for Final Girl, sending the solo horror system to an isolated arctic research station.

The Organism has infiltrated the station, and nobody knows who can be trusted. Victims may have already been assimilated, so the Final Girl must test survivors, reveal infected threats and destroy mutated victims before panic spreads through the base. Outside the station, the freezing conditions add another danger, with frostbite threatening anyone who stays out in the cold for too long.

This expansion adds the Station 2891 location, The Organism killer, two Final Girls, helicopter escape rules, exposed victim cards, test results and multiple types of mutated organisms. It is designed for solo horror play with the Final Girl Core Box and is not a standalone game.
