Players shop for ingredients, prepare recipes, dine out and take part in activities that affect both calorie intake and expenditure. Resources must be managed carefully, because the most appealing choice is not always the one that best supports a characters current goals and dietary requirements.

This edition revises Consumption Food and Choices and incorporates material from the previously separate Picky Eater and Extra Helpings expansions. Variable needs and several interconnected systems create a thoughtful strategy game about food without suggesting that one approach is right for every person.
