Forest Shuffle Card Game

Create a thriving woodland ecosystem in Forest Shuffle, a tactical card game about combining trees with animals, plants and mushrooms. Begin by planting trees, then place forest dwellers around their trunks and canopies to build habitats that satisfy each species preferences.

Every forest dweller card is divided into two halves. Choose which species to play and slide the unused half beneath a tree, making hand management and placement central to building an efficient forest.

Cards score through specific ecological relationships. Some animals need matching species, particular tree types or suitable food sources, while others provide bonus actions that help extend a turn and develop stronger combinations.

• Split forest dweller cards: Choose one of two species and tuck the unused half beneath the appropriate side of a tree
• Species have habitat requirements: Animals and plants score according to particular trees, food sources and neighbouring species
• Cards become the payment: Playing a card requires discarding others into the shared clearing, where opponents may collect them
• Bonus actions extend turns: Matching card symbols can immediately provide another draw or card play
• Winter controls the ending: Three winter cards are mixed into the deck, and revealing the third ends the game immediately
