Heroscape The Caverns of Valhalla Board Game Expansion

Build shadowy underground battlefields with Heroscape The Caverns of Valhalla. This terrain expansion adds dungeon corridors, rock outcrops and pools of darkness that can turn an open skirmish into a close quarters fight filled with cover, ambush routes and dangerous choke points.

Thirty dungeon and shadow hex tiles create winding passages and varied floor plans, while four rock outcrops block light and break up lines of sight. Small, medium or large figures standing on shadow tiles gain an extra point of defence, making control of dark spaces an important tactical consideration.

The terrain can be rearranged into different cave systems and combined with other Heroscape releases. It is fully compatible with Heroscape Master Sets, Battle Boxes and expansions, but it does not include armies or the complete rules required for standalone play.
