Onus Traianus Board Game

Command the armies of the ancient world in Onus Traianus, a tactical wargame covering conflicts from the first and second centuries. Players assemble historically inspired forces and manoeuvre them across the table without requiring a traditional collection of miniature soldiers.

Each troop card functions as both a formation and a reference sheet, keeping movement, combat and unit information directly on the battlefield. Order and event cards can activate units or introduce special effects, giving commanders different ways to respond as the battle develops.

Eight armies provide contrasting troops, equipment and tactical strengths, including the Roman Empire, Dacians, Parthians, Celts and Germanic peoples. The campaign book supplies prepared forces for recreating historical battles, while flexible game modes support solo, head to head and group play.
