Escape from New York Semi Cooperative Adventure Board Game

You go in, find the President, bring him out in less than 24 hours, and you’re a free man. In Escape from New York, a semi-cooperative game for 1-4 players based on the John Carpenter movie, you play as Snake, Brain, Maggie, or Cabbie and attempt to rescue the president and his precious tape and bring them to safety, while dealing with the gangs of the most dangerous prison in the world – all of Manhattan.

Enter the prison island of Manhattan in Escape from New York, a semi cooperative adventure based on John Carpenters cult film. Players take the roles of Snake, Brain, Maggie or Cabbie and race against time to find the President, recover the precious tape and reach safety before the city closes around them.

The modular city is revealed as the heroes explore, uncovering points of interest, dangerous prisoners, blocked roads and familiar locations. Characters must search for equipment, manage ammunition and work together against the gangs and bosses that control New York, while the mission timer keeps every detour under pressure.

Cooperation is useful but never guaranteed. A player can pursue personal objectives and may choose to betray the group when an opportunity appears, creating the same uneasy alliances found in the film. Solo and fully cooperative options are also included for players who want to face the escape without hidden agendas.
