Battle of Hoth is a game of heroic and fast-paced miniatures battles set on the ice planet and re-enacting one of the most famous scenes of Star Wars The Empire Strikes Back. Using the popular Command & Color game system, players choose Command Cards each turn to activate units and decide how to move and attack, across 17 scenarios. For a deeper gaming experience, players have the option to add Leader Cards to their battle for support from 6 iconic Star Wars Characters, or try the two multi-scenario campaigns where successes and failures shape next battles.

Command the Galactic Empire or defend Echo Base with the Rebel Alliance in Star Wars Battle of Hoth. This fast moving miniatures game recreates the frozen battles from The Empire Strikes Back with infantry, vehicles and familiar characters fighting across a hex based battlefield.

Players use Command cards to activate units in different sections of the board, then move and attack with custom dice. The system creates constant choices about where to concentrate orders, when to advance vulnerable troops and how to use terrain or obstacles to limit enemy fire.

Seventeen scenarios introduce new units and tactical situations, while Leader cards bring six iconic characters into the conflict. Two linked campaigns carry results from one battle into the next, giving victories and defeats consequences beyond a single thirty minute scenario.
