Try to escape the Slaughter family in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre board game. After their van runs out of fuel, the players find themselves stranded in the wrong part of Texas and must work together to gather what they need before the familys attention turns deadly.

On each turn, players draw tokens from a gruesome bag and decide how far to press their luck. Taking more actions can help the group search, move and make progress, but pushing too hard risks antagonising members of the Slaughter family and bringing new danger into the situation.

Every player is part of the same desperate struggle, so the group either escapes together or loses together. The cooperative structure, escalating bag draw tension and familiar horror setting create a suspenseful survival game for one to four players.
