Cartographers Heroes is a standalone sequel to Cartographers, the award winning map drawing game set in the kingdom of Nalos.

Each turn, an Explore card gives players a choice of terrain and shape to draw on their own map sheet. Everyone draws at the same time, filling their grid with forests, farms, villages and water while trying to satisfy the Queen’s scoring edicts. The challenge is planning around the seasons, surrounding mountains for coins and dealing with monster ambushes that can disrupt carefully planned maps.

This sequel adds all new map sheets, scoring cards, explore cards and ambush cards with unique abilities. Hero cards give players a new way to fight back against Dragul forces, while the standalone format means it can be played on its own or mixed with the original Cartographers for greater variety.
