Build an ancient empire across the Mediterranean in Total War Rome The Board Game. One to four players command Rome, Carthage, Greece or the Gallo Germanic tribes between 400 and 50 BCE, transforming the strategy and conflict of the video game series into a competitive tabletop campaign.

Every faction must balance expansion with a functioning economy, using taxes and trade to fund cities, infrastructure and new armies. Players conquer territory, recruit forces, spy on rivals and resolve large battles while unrest and political pressure threaten gains made too quickly.

Distinct faction boards and large card sets support different strategic strengths, while forty miniatures and seventy six wooden infrastructure pieces track the growth of each realm across the full colour map. The first faction to climb to the top of the victory point ladder establishes its dominance over the ancient world.
