Unconscious Mind Board Game

Join the early psychoanalytic movement in Vienna in Unconscious Mind. Players become members of Sigmund Freuds Wednesday Psychological Society, working to develop therapeutic methods, establish their practices and build their professional reputations.

Ideas are placed around the central Meeting Table to perform actions such as gaining technique tiles, researching theories and travelling through Vienna. The location of each Idea also moves the inkpot around a personal rondel, activating complete rows or columns of effects on the player board.

Treating clients requires carefully managed Insight. Players examine manifest dreams before moving into deeper latent dreams, gradually removing transparent Grief layers from client cards. Successful treatment can unlock special abilities while contributing to reputation and end game scoring.
