Geppetto the Puppet Master is using the carnival as a trap to find new additions for his twisted family. As the Final Girl, players must search the fairground, protect victims where possible and survive long enough to face Geppetto and his deadly puppets.

This expansion adds the Carnival of Blood location, the Geppetto killer, two Final Girls and carnival themed events, items and terror cards. It creates a tense solo horror scenario with a creepy circus atmosphere and requires the Final Girl Core Box to play.
