Dr. Fright, the Dream Doctor, has returned for revenge, and the Final Girl must survive a killer who can attack through sleep itself. Players will need to manage the danger of drifting between awake and asleep states while facing terrifying events, searching for useful items and trying to stay alive long enough to confront Dr. Fright.

This expansion adds the Maple Lane location, the Dr. Fright killer, two Final Girls and a dream focused set of cards and rules. It is designed for solo horror play with the Final Girl Core Box and is not a standalone game.
