The Ratchet Lady has turned her victims into dangerous maniacs, leaving the Final Girl to decide whether to calm them down or fight them off before they close in. Every game creates a cinematic survival horror story, combining the killer, location, event cards, item deck and terror deck with the Final Girl Core Box system.

This expansion adds the Wolfe Asylum location, The Ratchet Lady killer, new Final Girls and a tense pill and side effect system that can offer help at a dangerous cost. This is an expansion only and requires the Final Girl Core Box to play.
