He draws power from them and horrible mutilation and suffering await you if you find yourself unable to do so. The Hellscape is a maze that is ever-changing. The sights you'll see may draw you in with ecstasy one moment and then horrify you completely the next. Will you stay in hell for eternity? Or will you be able to escape alive and get back to your normal life?

Final Girl: Hell to Pay is a Feature Film Box expansion for Final Girl, sending the solo horror system into a shifting nightmare known as the Hellscape.

Razorface forces victims to confront their own afflictions, feeding on guilt, fear and weakness as the maze around them changes from tempting visions to pure horror. As the Final Girl, players must search for a way out, manage danger, and survive long enough to escape the Hellscape before Razorface turns suffering into power.

This expansion adds the Hellscape location, Razorface killer, two Final Girls, Affliction cards, map tiles, dice and scenario specific rules for a surreal survival horror challenge. It is designed for solo horror play with the Final Girl Core Box and is not a standalone game.
