Fight for control of medieval Iberia in War of the 3 Sanchos 1065 67, a compact historical strategy game based on the conflict between the kings of Castilla, Navarra and Aragon. Each player commands one of the three rival Sanchos, manoeuvring forces and fortifying strategically valuable castles and towers.

At the beginning of each round, the commander selects an Action Card that determines their available Command Points and also dictates what the other rulers must do during their turns. This creates difficult timing decisions because the card chosen to support your own campaign may also provide opportunities for your rivals.

The game supports one to three players, with non-player kingdoms remaining active competitors. Reach 10 victory points for an immediate major victory or hold the highest total after the final Action Card for a minor victory.

• Commander chooses the round: The leading player selects an Action Card that sets their Command Points and the actions available to every rival
• Three kingdoms remain active: Castilla, Navarra and Aragon all compete for victory, including kingdoms controlled by the game
• Fortifications determine scoring: Home castles, neutral castles and towers provide different victory point values when fortified
• Immediate victory at 10 points: A ruler who reaches the target during play wins without waiting for the final round
• Dice represent regional forces: Each kingdom uses five standard dice and a larger special die when manoeuvring and resolving conflicts
• Solo opposition included: The two uncontrolled Sanchos continue expanding and scoring rather than acting as passive obstacles
